WHITE WINES

Chardonnay

Cartlidge & Browne Chardonnay 2005, California.....$6.25 $25
Tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and orange blossom are nicely balanced
with a hint of gentle oak spices. Medium-bodied in structure, this elegant

A seductive blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier, this wine
features aromas of apple, pear, and peach, complemented but notes of
subtle spice and oak. On the palate, a wave of green apple, ripe pear
and peaches, laced with oak that leads to a long finish.

Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay 2005, New Zealand.....~ $28
This wine truly captures the character of the Marlborough region with pure
ripe fruit flavors. Concentrated aromas and flavors pf ripe citrus and

Maison Joseph Drouhin La Foret Chardonnay 2005, France.....~  $33
This wine is a wonderful expression of Chardonnay, with a delicate floral
and fruity bouquet and a dominance of yellow apples and hazelnuts. On the
palate, pear and apple mingle with vanilla and dry minerals. The long finish

Evans and Tate Margaret River Chardonnay 2005, Australia.....~ $35
This lovely wine has a nose of intense melon, fig, citrus, and floral aroma. It
exhibits nuances of subtle spice overtones with the stylish oak seamlessly
integrated. With its medium balance body, this wine has flavors of
white peach, quince and melon.

From vineyards in Paso Robles, the lovely wine has fresh, crisp apple and
ripe pear aromas. On the palate, bright citrus fruit flavors, with hints of
toasted almond, and vanilla, wrapped around a solid mineral core.
Refreshingly dry with a balancing crisp acidity and a soft lingering finish.

Neveu et Fils Sancerre “Closde Boufants ” 2005, France.....~ $38
From the Loire Valley, Neveu’sDomaine du Colombier has its origins in
the 12th century and derives its present day skill and finesse from five
generations of hands on management. Sourced from a famous vineyard site
and aged on its lees for up to a year, this classic, complex, old vine
Sancerre offers notes of ripe rhubarb, gooseberry fruit and current
fruit and is structured with a zesty mineral texture.

 

Pinot Grigio / Pinot Gris / Pinot Blanc

Lagaria Pinot Grigio Della Venizie 2005, Italy.....$6.50  $26
With a brilliant color, and vibrant citrus fruit on the nose and palate,
this medium bodied wine is well balance with a dry finish.

Torii Mor Pinot Gris 2005, Oregon.....~ $32
This lovely wine from the Willamette Valley begins with tropical
aromas of pineapple, pink grapefruit and baked apples, followed by pears,
peaches and mineral nuances. The flavors show a crisp acidity, lively ripe
pears, apples, and a hint of peach intertwined with a note of licorice.

Willakenzie Pinot Blanc 2005, Oregon.....~ $34

his delicious wine from the Willamette Valley has powerful aromas of s
tone fruits, and pears followed by hints of orange blossom and honeysuckle.
The flavors follow the aromas with an initial impression of ripe peach, apricot
and pear beautifully balanced by pleasing minerals and bright acidity.
Suggestions of green apple and zesty lime bring this refreshing wine
to a crisp finish.

Eyrie Pinot Gris 2005, Oregon.....~ $36 
In 1970, Eyrie Vineyards produced America's first Pinot GrisWith a
medium body and balanced acidity, this is a versatile food wine.
The velvety texture and subtle flavors of this wine are both highlighted

Riesling

Rudi Wiest Mosel River Riesling 2004, Germany.....$6.50  $26
Showing typical Mosel Valley characteristic such as apple and pear fruit, this exceptional Riesling has aromas of fresh fruit with an excellent balance of
acidity and slight sweetness.

Rocky Gully Dry Riesling 2005, Australia.....~ $28
From one of the most remote vineyard sites in the world comes this
intensely flavored yet elegant “bone dry” Riesling. Beautiful citrus
and dusty mineral notes jump out of the glass. On the palate, intense limey
citrus flavors abound, with delicate minerals and earth notes
adding to the persistent finish

Gewurztraminer

Valckenberg Gewurztraminer 2004, Germany.....$6.25  $25
A medium dry white wine, with a lovely aroma of roses accompanied by
flavors of peaches and lychees. Although this wine is fruit forward, it
finishes drier than you would expect. Hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and
cloves are evident towards the finish

Vinho Verde

Broadbent Vinho Verde, Portugal.....$6.25 $25
Vinho Verde is the most popular white wine from Portugal. This is a
true classic Vinho Verde that is light in color with a slight spritz
from bubbles. This wine is delicious, refreshing and light.. On the palate,
it has crisp, refreshing lime zest flavors. The acidity is refreshing,
a perfect wine for summer and it is, only 9% alcohol.

Viognier

Jewel Collection Viognier 2005, California.....$6.50  $26
This aromatic wine is filled with aromas of peaches and honeysuckle, with a long lingering mouth feel that is complemented by citrus flavors. The bright fruit is well balanced with crispness and leads to a delightful refreshing finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Peirano Estate “The Heritage Collection”
Cabernet Sauvignon 2004, California.....$7 $28
This wine is made from 29 year old vines by one of the oldest wineries
in the Lodi region This lovely wine exhibits abundant black fruit aromas
marked with elements of anise and cedar. On the palate, flavors of
blackberries and black licorice with firm tannins on the finish

Jed Steele’s Shooting Star Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, California.....~ $30
This lovely wine has intense aromas of dark fruit such as blackberries, and
hints of mint and cassis. On the palate there is a touch of oak and juicy fruit
leading to a dry, lingering finish.

Alpha Domus Hawkes Bay Navigator 2003, New Zealand.....~ $34
A wonderful blend of four Bordeaux varietals, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon,
43% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, and 11% Malbec, this wine has
aromas of ripe sweet red fruit., plum, blackberry and earthy notes, with a
hint of oak that gives spice and sweet vanilla. On the palate, ripe fruit
and spicy oak with firm tannins create a robust complex wine.

Tapestry Cabernet Sauvignon McLaren Vale 2002, Australia.....~ $36
A highly aromatic wine from extremely low yielding vineyards showing
mainly blackberry, mint and licorice characters on both the nose
and palate. This is enhanced through aging in 100% new French oak,
adding depth and structure. The palate is juicy with ripe fruit
with a dry and firm balanced finish.

Powers Meritage 2001, Washington State.....~ $50
This wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc,
offers intense color and concentration of fruit balanced by toasty oak
and spice aromas. The palate is rewarding with layers of dark fruit,
sweet raspberries, black cherry and cloves wrapped by elegant French
oak and exotic spices. The finish is long and lingering.

Merlot

Napa Cellars Merlot 2003, California, 2003.....6.50 $26
Winemaker Corey Sprott sourced this wine from the Napa Valley.  Brimming
with ripe flavors and aromas of blackberries, nutmeg, dark chocolate,
and vanilla, it is balanced with soft, round tannins. The finish is long,
seductive, and velvety.

Oyster Bay Hawkes Bay Merlot 2005, New Zealand.....~ $28

his wine is elegant with intense freshness of ripe fruit, spice and soft
tannins. Vibrant flavors of juicy black plum and sweet berry fruits with an
exquisite background of spice and subtle oak and soft tannins on the palate.

Shiraz / Syrah

Stephen Vincent Crimson Syrah Cabernet 2005, Californi.....$6.50 $26
As its name implies, Crimson has a deep, dark red color and is produced
from a blend of 75% Syrah and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from
the Sonoma and Central Coast regions of California. This wine is very
complex made in the Rhone style with lots of black fruit in the nose. A
very rich wine with beautiful ripe plum and blackberry flavor,
accented with hints of toasty French oak, and cassis. Soft tannins
round out rich flavors of licorice, blackberries and cinnamon

Chateau de Trignon Cotes du Rhone 2004, France.....~ $30
This wine has lovely smoky and licorice aromas, with a hint of juicy fruit.
The finish is equally floral with blackberry and fresh ground pepper i
n a clean lingering finish.

Elizabeth Spencer Special Cuvee Sonoma Coast Syrah 2003, California.....~ $36
Aromas of fresh cranberry, and black plum, along with hints of oak and
nutmeg, are overlaid by notes of cherry blossom. Flavors of pepper and
dark purple fruit fold into solid tannins with notes of toffee
that extend to a long finish.

Pinot Noir

Castle Rock Sonoma County Pinot Noir 2005, California.....$6.50 $26
This well-balanced wine is characterized by rich, crisp fruit flavors.
Offering delicate aromas of red fruit and spices, the palate has flavors
of plum and cherry with a hint of oak nuances. Complex flavors
and long silky textures lead to a long refined finish.

Walnut City Pinot Noir 2005, Oregon.....$7 $28
This lovely wine from the Willamette Valley offers aromas of black cherry,
cinnamon, spice, and with hints of  underlying oak. Soft tannins,
deep red fruit and spices linger on the palate, with a well-balanced
and smooth, jammy silky dry finish.

Louis Latour Vin de Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2005, France.....~ $30
This wine had a delicate ruby color and an elegantly perfumed wild berry
bouquet reminiscent of raspberries, black berries and black cherries,
along with notes of plums. Fresh raspberries are evident on the palate.
This delicious wine is versatile and easy to drink.

Oyster Bay Marlborough Pinot Noir 2006, New Zealand.....~ $32
This is an elegant cool climate pinot noir at its best. Fragrant, soft and
flavorful with aromas of ripe cherries, plums and sweet fruit tannins
provide serious structure and length on the palate.

Maison Joseph Drouhin La Foret Pinot Noir 2005, France.....~ $34
The nose of this excellent wine from Burgundy offers aromas of crushed
berries, such as raspberries, red current, and blackberries. On the
palate, the wine is fresh and light, with fruity berries flavors, and
elegant tannins on the soft finish.

Burrton Special Selection Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2004, California.....~ $36
This wine exhibits aromas of black cherry, blackberry and violet,
followed by hints of black pepper, smoke and leather. The full bodied
palate erupts with sweet fruit and slight acidity, lending structure to
the vibrant black cherry flavors. The finish is bright and clean.

Witness Tree Estate Pinot Noir 2005, Oregon.....~ $46
The nose is full of black fruits, chocolate and a hint of spice. The palate
is supple with just a hint of tannins. The fruit flavors are full and sweet
reminiscent of black raspberry with a dollop of vanilla in the background.
This wine has great structure and a very long finish.

Eyrie Pinot Noir 2003, Oregon.....~ $48
Winemaker/Owner, David Letthas been making Pinot Noir
from a single vineyard longer than any other winemaker in the U.S.
Eyrie Pinot Noir was the first US Pinot Noir to compete successfully against
French Burgundies. A fresh and vivacious wine, with warm, ripe and
mouth-watering notes of black cherry, roses, berry and anise. Forward
and generous flavors mirror the aroma with layers of sweet tannins
and harmonious oak, folding into a long polished finish.

Zinfandel

Graziano Mendocino Zinfandel 2004, California.....~ $28
Deep aromas of blackberry and spice with hints of toasty oak, combined
with flavors of sweet plum and raspberry give this full-bodied Zinfandel
a generous mouth feel. It has rich tannins and a long lingering finish.

 Quivera Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel 2004, California.....~ $33
This wine shows all the characteristics for which Dry Creek Valley has
become known for over the last 140 yeas. Bright berry and dried raspberry
flavors flood into the underbrush and earth character, with notes of
cedar and solid structure

Petite Sirah

McManis Petite Sirah, 2005, California.....$6 .25  $25
This delicious wine is deep purple in color with a bright hue. Ripe
blackberry aromas mingle with toffee and clove. Succulent dark
fruit flavors are abundant in this full-bodied wine. The long mocha
finish is absent of any astringency that you might expect to find
in such a big dark wine.

Sangiovese

Monte Antico Toscano Red Wine, 2003, Italy.....$6.75 $27
This Tuscan red wine is made with Sangiovese grapes, which is the same grape used to make Chianti. This lovely wine had a slightly earthy aroma, with fresh and fruity palate of plums and cherries.  With a medium body and bright acidity, this wine has a nice clean finish.

Sparkling

Louis De Vernier Blanc de Blancs, Spain.....~ $26
Made from select Chardonnay grapes, this exquisite wine is dry, light,
toasty and crisply fruity with refreshing vigorous bubbles.

Graham Beck NV Brut, South Africa.....$5.50 $30
This lovely sparkling wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay and
Pinot Noir. It exhibits light yeasty aromas and soft fruit on the nose.
The palate is rich and creamy with nice complexity, freshness and finesse.

Rebuli Prosecci di Valdobbiadene NV, Italy.....~ $35
Made from select Prosecco grapes, this elegant wine makes an
excellent aperitif or accompaniment to many food flavors

Duval- Leroy ‘Paris’ Champagne, France.....~ $64
This estate grown wine offers a full-bodied style with roasted nut,
and citrus backed by vibrant acidity. A great match with food.

Dessert

Rosenblum Late Harvest Viognier, California.....~ $30
With beautiful aromas of apricots and peaches laced in silky vanilla and
cinnamon this dessert wine is lavish and powerful.

Giribaldi Piemonte Brachetto, Italy.....~ $34
An elegantly crafted sparkling red wine with essences of
watermelon, raspberry, caramel apple, strawberry, and cranberry flavors.
